Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Our badge merch (mugs, apparel, and accessories) is printed on demand and ships from our print partner's nearest facility — each piece is made fresh for you. Please allow 5–10 business days for production plus transit on printed items.

Equipment orders ship via tracked carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

We ship internationally! Available destinations and live shipping options appear at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by your country — those are the customer's responsibility.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
